I have read here:

www.ppcsg.com/lofiversion/index.php/t96189.html

that you are going to make another newer version to import custom words to XT9, is that true?

Is there a way to download just 1 of the utility like "WordCorrector" instead of the whole collection?

Unfortunately, I no longer distribute them seperately. However, you can use a tool like MSCEInf to extract WordCorrector.exe file.

oops...have I missed something? anyway, there are no intentions on a XT9 editor because:
1) there is not info easily available on how their dictionary formats
2) XT9 is a proprietary technology, which explains why info is not available for free

Anyway, some of the HTC devices already come with the XT9 editor, which already works very well

Just downloaded this file and before I even have a chance to get it to my PDA my virus protection starts throwing up trojan warnings. Any thoughts on this would be helpful before I transfer it

The CAB/EXE is meant for the mobile device, the AV on the desktop errornously detects them as malware. If you have confidence that you have downloaded the right file (e.g. downloaded from this site only), you can try to disable your AV for a few seconds while you transfer the file over.

Alternatively, you can use your mobile device to visit m.mobisapienz.com and navigate your way to the download page to download the app directly to your device.

I was updating the dictionary whilst a word document was open. The word doc and the word list was then lost, I cannot open the doc, and there are no words in the DictEditor word list, is this due tot he program or something else?

DictEditor only performs editing of one file, so it should not affect anything else except the dictionary file. It could be memory issues though.

If you are looking for a way to remove those darn dictionary wrong entries, I found it (by accident), try "eT9MyWords" under Windows folder. (btw, I'm using HTC Touch Pro - WM6.1)
